Position Overview Join the exciting journey of our Centre in Erskineville, catering for 83 children across three beautiful learning rooms. You will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. This is your opportunity to shape a learning environment from the very start—building strong connections with families, supporting your team, and delivering programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and care. Responsibilities Lead and guide the educators in your room, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality learning programs in line with the EYLF and NQS. Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space. Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care. Build strong, respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their child’s progress. Support the centre’s culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
